Shipments, Returns and Garment Care.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
All our shipments are Certified to ensure that your order arrives. The delivery time is approximately between 48h and 72h from the day after your purchase (business days). For the Peninsula within Spain. Outside the Peninsula and Other Countries the estimated delivery time will be approximately 5 to 10 business days from the day after your purchase.
In all our orders you will receive a tracking code with which you can see its transit status and the expected delivery date.
To avoid holiday delays, please place your orders well in advance. There may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as saturation of transport companies, weather or other unforeseen events.
An amount of shipping costs is added to the prices for each product. You will be able to know it before finalizing the purchase.
All expenses derived from customs procedures, taxes and any other additional expense generated by orders outside the Peninsula are the responsibility of the client. These charges do not affect our shipping prices on an international order.
In the event that an order is returned because it has not been received by the recipient, Aura Semilla will reimburse all the money minus the shipping costs and the applicable or derived return fees.
It is very important that you make sure that you enter your address correctly. If the package cannot be delivered due to an error in the address, and you have to modify some detail of the address you entered, then you will have to bear new shipping costs.

At Aura Semilla you can return your products within 14 business days. This period begins to count from the day you receive the order. For any type of return, the shipping costs will be borne by the consumer, which will be deducted from the amount to be returned from your order.
The product must be in perfect condition, with its labeling and must be unused and as delivered.
WARRANTY AND CARE OF GARMENTS
Each garment is unique and may have small variations, since they are HAND MADE garments.
We use plant-based fabrics with natural dyes, and if these are not well cared for, they can shrink their fiber or fade since the dyeing process is traditional and by hand. We want the garments to last a long time.
Therefore we recommend:
Wash them separately one by one.
Only with cold water or dry.
We recommend Hand Washing.
With each garment we add a card on how to take care of your garment.
